Launched on 28th January the WOW Community Events News Letter is a monthly news sheet giving details of the many and varied events that happen in Welshpool.

You can pick up a copy of the February one from the following - Pinewood Cafe, Flaunt It, Supascoop, Tourist Information Centre, Baytree Tea Rooms, Daffodil Tea Rooms, Bistro 7.

With the news letter Whats On Welshpool offer you three ways to communicate and promote your event

1. Newsletter - over 500 distributed every month.
2. Website - this blogsite receives several hundred views a week.
3. Facebook - become a friend and you can post your own events and reach over 1,000 friends.

Any type of event welcome - Coffee Morning, Bingo, Rummage Sale, Meetings, Concerts, dances, quiz Nights, walks, Lectures. etc.

Don't rely soley on one medium to get your event advertised use as many as you can. Not everyone reads newspapers, listens to local radio, or has a computer etc but by combining all these you can reach a larger audience.
